Every job has its highs and lows, it’s good and bad parts. DJ-ing is no different, right?
I bet you’ll have no problem whatsoever coming up with a list of pros and cons, stuff that you run into at your gigs. Every DJ has a story about that audience member who insists that you play that special song. Maybe some of you have come face-to-face with the aspiring DJ. You know the one. It’s that person who is more than sure that he or she can do a much better job than you’re doing.
Well, it’s in that spirit that I bring you this story about a woman complaining to a DJ about the “nasty ass house music” he was playing and one DJ’s take on the whole situation.
