Kendrick Lamar Goes Big Again
A few days ago, Kendrick Lamar’s Austin City Limits show was edited into an hour-long PBS special episode. Throughout the performance, Lamar showcased clean versions of his latest hits.
The end of the show features an interview of him describing the ways in which R&B and soul influenced his musical ideas growing up. “I’ve gotta give that honor to my moms and pops,” he says. “They played a lot of good music in the house.”
