SoundCloud Introducing Video Advertising
You just can’t get away from it … advertising, that is. It’s everywhere. All those little boxes that pop up when you watch a video or visit a website. Most of us just click on the X that will close the ad, or we just simply ignore it.
Do you find all that advertising bothers you?
Hopefully not, because SoundCloud has just introduced a type of advertising that a lot of other websites have already been using for a while – video ads.
SoundCloud’s ads will play between songs which means that you won’t be able to ignore them or shut them out. Because we’re now a captive audience, SoundCloud is able to charge companies that want to advertise on their website a lot of money to place those ads.
