Mø and Diplo Drop a New Kind of Kamikaze
An easy Top 40 electropop dance tune, Danish singer-songwriter Mø mixes Asian-inspired instrumentation with a catchy beat in her newest single, Kamikaze.
Emerging from the early 1980s post-disco scene, electropop has really come into its own thanks to the likes of Kraftwerk, Yellow Magic Orchestra and more recent contributions by Owl City, Lady Gaga and others too numerous to mention. Mø stormed onto the electropop stage in 2014 with her debut album, No Mythologies To Follow. Since then, she’s collaborated with a number of high-profile stars, such as Major Lazer, Iggy Azalea … and now, Diplo.
