Grandmaster Flash Has Something To Say To DJs Using A Touch Bar
A while ago, we showed you the newest MacBook Pro featuring a Touch Bar. It was billed as a dream device for DJs. With an improved sound system and digital Touch Bar, DJs could do what they do faster and better. What’s not to like?
Well, according to Grandmaster Flash it’s time to sound the alarm bells.
He gets the fact that putting out bundles of money on gear and energy isn’t anyone’s idea of a good time. But, he still truly believes that magic can only happen when fingers touch vinyl … not a Touch Bar. It’s a matter of skill as far as he’s concerned. Who’s really doing the mixing and the scratching – the DJ or the technology?
