Skrillex fans were dancing in the streets in New Delhi just a few days ago on October 11th. After a two month whirlwind tour through Asia and India, this LA born, multi-talented musician pushed fans at the Vh1 Supersonic experience to a frenzy by showcasing a brand new song.

The track runs just 41 seconds. But it was more than enough time to pull the audience solidly into its hypnotic beat. Beginning with synthesized high treble notes darting out from the speakers in a kind of fast, repetitive pulse, Skrillex layers in energetic vocals followed by a pounding bass that grounds the audience and leaves them screaming for more.

Since going solo in 2008, Skrillex has undergone a meteoric rise to success in the electronic dance music scene, releasing an album a year and winning six Grammy Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards and an Annie Award for his work on Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Wreck-It Ralph.

I know what you’re thinking. What could he possibly do next? No doubt, we won’t have to wait long too find out.
