Is It Time To Unmask The Stars?
First, there was Daft Punk, then there was DJ Paypal. Now, there’s Slow Magic. What do they all have in common? How about the fact that they’re all masked.
Ok, Daft Punk is slowly, but surely, unmasking themselves. Paypal has said that he’s more willing to show his face now. Slow Magic is still hanging on, though, refusing to remove his mask.
Is it fear of repurcussions in other aspects of his life? Maybe his boss will look down on him if his secret identity became known. Perhaps he just values his privacy, and doesn’t want to be mobbed as he walks down the street to the corner store. Or, maybe it’s all just an act that adds to his notoriety as a performer.
