Looters Steal DJ Equipment In The Wake Of Hurricane Irma
As if lost homes and livelihoods aren’t enough to deal with, looters have used the wreckage wrought by Hurricane Irma to go on a looting rampage. Most looters hit stores or abandoned homes. They’ve taken running shoes, electronics, and anything else they could make off with.
Unfortunately for Markus Schulz, looters also made off with his DJ equipment. Schulz returned to his Pembroke Pines recording studio in Miami after touring in Argentina. He found that the door window had been smashed and the door unlocked. Burglars made off with a flat-screen TV, two Pioneer DJ controllers, security cameras, and a gold mixer Pioneer had awarded him when he won America’s Best DJ.
