In many ways, DJing is a solitary activity. You’re the one who spins the music. You’re the one who inspires people to step out onto the dancefloor. You’re the one who promotes your skills.
Given that you’re a solo entrepreneur, what’s the point of connecting with other DJs?
There are lots of great reasons to connect. Listening to other DJs talk about their own skills and experiences adds to your own knowledge. Meeting other DJs can also put you in line for more gig opportunities. Least of all, you might make new friends.
