DJ Jazzy Jeff Creates Snow Beats

Those of us who live in colder climes are no strangers to winter storms and how to deal with snow, ice and cold, blowing winds. Those of you who aren’t required to endure the depths of the winter blahs as a regular thing, really have a lot of difficulty when Mother Nature throws you a curve ball. I really do feel for you. It’s crazy hard if you’re not used to it. You just can’t negotiate even a thin layer of snow without knowing some winter driving tricks and owning a set of snow tires (or at the very least, tires with treads!).

But, what do you do when something like snow storm Jonas hits your city, as it did in much of the Eastern US this past week, and leaves you snowed in. Well, if you’re like DJ Jazzy Jeff, you’re going to cozy up by the fireplace and make some beautiful music.

Jazzy Jeff called up his buddy, James Poyser, and together they created the Snow Beats EP. Containing four tracks, DJs will find the music useful additions to their sets.
