Those are slices of sweet potato, squash, tortilla, ham and lots more food.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Herbert, that master of the art of sound experimentation, is at it again. He has devised something he calls Edible Sound.<\/p>\n<p>The Science Gallery in London launched an exhibit last year at King&#8217;s College called FED UP \u2013 The Future of Food. Herbert was asked to be part of that show, and he put on his very unique DJ performance in front of an interested crowd.<\/p>\n<p>Herbert explained that he has heard all about the future of food production and consumption from scientists, chefs and\u00a0the medical community. But, he had not yet heard from food itself.
