Taso has just released a new EP called\u00a0Cold Heat Vol. 1<\/em> that’s about to make a lot of people very happy.<\/p>\n

You may remember that Taso is a member of Teklife \u2013 that legendary footwork crew that helped popularize the sound and dance moves that eventually came to be called “footwork<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

One of Taso’s music partners at the time was DJ Rashad who died in 2014<\/a>. Rashad was long a prominent footwork producer. Taso and Rashad also worked with DJ Spinn, who continues to create and add to the genre.<\/p>\n

So, after all that, why is Taso’s new album going to make a lot of people happy? It’s because he’s included a previously unreleased track called “Nothin’s Gonna Stop Me” that he made with both Rashad and Spinn in 2013.<\/p>\n
