Well, now it no longer matters \u2013 at least, in terms of software for DJs.<\/p>\n<p>The Serato DJ 1.8 is now supported on OS X 10.11 El Capitan. In my most humble opinion, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mp3poolonline.com\/blog\/macbook-pro-running-slow-you-need-a-solid-state-drive-via-dj-techtools\/\">Mac has been on a downward spiral<\/a> since entering the competition game with PC. Honestly, it used to be the ultimate in computers through the &#8217;80s, and even part of the &#8217;90s. Then, they took a wrong turn. They began releasing constant updates and beautifying their devices instead of taking their time and creating something that actually works well. And I won&#8217;t even launch into the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mp3poolonline.com\/blog\/new-cross-dj-3-3-update-track-match-64-bit\/\"> issues with PCs<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, the big news is that Serato DJ 1.8 finally works on the latest Mac update. Have you tried it? Had issues with it?
