But in the early days, these two guys from France, Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, could never have imagined that their music would strike a chord in the North American market.<\/p>\n<p>Their 1995 release,\u00a0<em>Homework,\u00a0<\/em>was featured in a review of the <em>Village Voice<\/em> and DJs, like Terry Mullan, started playing their music.
