Reloop has been on a run this year dropping a new competitive battle mixer with accompanying turntables, a portable turntable, and now a bluetooth compatible mixer! The Reloop RMX10BT is a 2-channel mixer that allows wireless streaming of music via a bluetooth device such as your phone or tablet. It appears connecting to Bluetooth is as easy as the push of a paring button. In addition, you will receive a sturdy metal casing with RCA I/O for your external decks and audio output.

At $129.99 USD this is a very viable solution for remote setups. Even if you have separate setups for cocktail hour and the reception, you may still need to maneuver around a large herd of guests to start the audio playback in the next space. Now you can simply cue up a song from your Bluetooth device when having multiple set ups.

Bluetooth can typically range from 10-100 meters (32-328 feet) depending on the device so you in most cases you have a good amount of mobility. The DJ industry has been one to adapt with innovation in tech from the needle on a record to Phase brining you a turntable experience with out any needles. Do you think other DJ mixers will adapt Bluetooth connectivity? Is it something you feel comfortable relying on? Drop a comment!
