VR Takes Over The DJ Booth
Virtual Reality has been around for quite a while now. Yet, it hasn’t really taken off in popularity as its inventors probably hoped. VR hasn’t made inroads into the nitty gritty of our lives. Unlike our smart phones, virtual reality systems are still pretty much just for gaming.
Enter DJing: Vinyl Reality.
This Windows app requires a Virtual Reality headset and a controller stick for each hand. The VR system will take you to a room equipped with turntables, a mixer, and vinyl. I’m not, even for a minute, going to suggest that VR DJing is the next big thing. The technology has a long way to go before that can happen. In the meantime, check out the promo video.
