Mental and physical wellness is a top priority for any industry. But I would argue that DJs have to pay even more attention to how they’re feeling. Touring or even playing a regular gig can take a toll. Add to that any alcohol (or other nefarious substances) you might be consuming and junk food and you’re really making it hard for your body and mind to stay at peak condition.
