The long-awaited Panasonic Grand Class Technics SL-1200G is now available for purchase. Coming in at about $4000, it’s advertised as the “highest level” of technology with “no compromises” with its direct drive system.
The SL-1200G features “a triple-layer platter, an iron-free direct drive motor that reduces vibration during rotation and a lightweight magnesium tonearm.”
