If you’re a DJ who likes to use Facebook or Instagram for marketing and for fun, you’re going to like the new deal that Facebook has just inked along with Universal Music Group.

The new licensing agreement allows Facebook, Instagram, and VR platform Oculus users to share licensed music without fearing the wrath of copyright infringement. Facebook is also currently negotiating a similar deal with Warner Music Group and Sony Music Group. If all goes well, we all will soon be able to share any music we’d like, in any way we’d like, without violating copyright laws.
