Donald Trump’s Offensive Remarks Land Squarely On Lil Jon
Lil Jon, who appeared on Celebrity Apprentice back in 2013 has confirmed that the allegations against Donald Trump are, in fact, true.
The task that the teams of celebrity apprentices were given was to create “a mobile display to promote a line of hair care products” (insider.foxnews.com). Lil Jon decided to don an Uncle Sam costume as a promotional gimmick.
Trump began referring to Lil Jon as Uncle Tom, not as Uncle Sam. The comment is a racial slur and was interpreted that way by many of the shows staffers and participants. Lil Jon, with the other contestants, did tell Trump how offensive the remark was. Lil Jon confirmed that Trump stopped using it after he was confronted.
