A few weeks ago, I responded to an article written in The Economist that considered whether DJing is dead because anyone can do it.

I argued that, quite the contrary, the fact that anyone can do it has only made the industry more vibrant. We have DJs of all ages and all abilities bringing their skills and influences to an industry that is still fairly young. How can that be bad?

So, the folks over at DJ Tech Tools decided that they had to respond, too. You can read it here. I don’t think anyone has to fear the death of DJing anytime soon.

Tell me about your diversity of experience. What do you bring to DJing that another DJ might not?
