Daddy Signs to Kobalt
James Franco, who you might recognize from films like Spider-Man, Flyboys, Milk, Rise of the Planet of the Apes …. I’ll stop there because he’s actually been in a lot of films. Like so many of these creative types, Franco doesn’t stop at acting. I wouldn’t be writing about him here if he did, now would I?
James Franco is also part of the band Daddy with Tim O’Keefe, who’s an impressive composer, producer, designer and DJ in his own right. Recently, Daddy signed to Kobalt in a “worldwide, multi-year deal that will entail a full-length album,” according to Routenote. Daddy joins Deadmau5, Paul McCartney and Pearl Jam as signers to Kobalt.
