Where do you do most of your practicing? In your bedroom, basement, a friend’s house?

The best way to improve DJing skills is to practice in a place that’s comfortable. If you have to constantly move your equipment around to accommodate other people, then the first thing you should do is find a permanent place to plant your stuff.

The next thing you should do is improve the whole feel of your practice area. In other words, add lights! Do you actually need cool lighting to practice your skills? No. But, that’s the wrong question. The right questions are these: what color of lights should I buy? How many lights will I need? And how will I put it all together?

Lucky for you, I came across the perfect answers to those important questions. Really, don’t you want your practice area to look like a night out at a club? That’s just cool … and fun.
