Tim Bergling is calling it quits. You probably know him better as DJ and producer Avicii.
“My path has been filled with success but it hasn’t come without its bumps. I’ve become an adult while growing as an artist, I’ve come to know myself better and realize that there’s so much I want to do with my life. I have strong interests in different areas but there’s so little time to explore them,” Avicii wrote on his Facebook page.
That’s a really interesting perspective, don’t you think? He’s only 26! Yet, his words lead me to think of him as living in his sunset years. Granted he did have to cancel a few performances due to illness, and he does suggest that touring has been really hard on him physically. In any case, all you Avicii fans can breath a sigh of relief. It doesn’t sound like he’ll be away from music for long.
